An exhibition of oil paintings by Pedro Varandas is on display until the 15th of August in the Arts Corridor of the Casa da Juventude in Olhão.
Pedro Varandas, 27, was born in Olhão. «Since he was a child, he has been interested in drawing, especially cartoons, such as Dragon Ball, Ninja Turtles, Inspector Gadget, etc.», revealed the Chamber of Olhão.
«In 2009 he began to attend the Art Center of Pintores Olhanenses and there he discovered oil painting on canvas, which fascinated him a lot. With the guidance of Martins Leal, he perfected his art. A great suggestion for a summer afternoon!”, added the municipality.
