The Agency for Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education approved the degree in Occupational Therapy for the Jean Piaget/Algarve School of Health (Silves) for the 2013/2014 school year. The approval of this degree aims to eliminate the shortage of these technicians in the labor market, especially in the south of the country.

A qualified teaching staff, the excellent physical conditions of the school and the accumulated experience in teaching Health were decisive aspects that led to the approval of this new course.
