The Theater of Figures, in Faro, will dedicate much of the June programming to the little ones, in the month that celebrates World Children's Day. The party starts on the 1st, the date that marks the anniversary, with «MusicA'Brincar» and continues with theatre, magic and the closing party of the school year of the Escola da Companhia de Dança do Algarve.
On June 1st, parents and children will be able to celebrate World Children's Day together in the music workshop for babies «MusicA'Brincar». Teatro das Figuras hosts two sessions of the workshop, at 16 pm and at 17:15 pm.
The initiative is aimed at children aged 0 to 24 months, allowing them to «experience the pleasure of sharing music with mum or dad as the sounds and rhythms involve the baby, in a world of sensations and feelings». revealed the Farense cultural space, in a press release.
The program aimed at families continues on Saturday, June 8 at 21 pm, with the performance of the show «Mundo Mágico dos Sonhos», a production by Colégio Oficina Diversa.
Teatro das Figuras invites you to discover «the wonderful world of the Lady Guardian of Dreams, the strangest, most fantastic and wonderful Owner of the Magic Mirror Room».
On June 15, at 21 pm, the main concert hall of Faro receives, for the first time, a magic show, by the media artist Luís de Matos.
The Portuguese illusionist will present «Chaos», where he promises «an unforgettable journey, full of interaction and mystery, full of inexplicable facts that linger in the memory of every spectator who lives them».
The month's program closes on June 22, with the closing show for the school year by the Escola da Companhia de Dança do Algarve. A structure that currently has about 150 students from different age groups, in the disciplines of Classical Dance, Contemporary Dance and Educational Dance.
