Between April 12 and 14, Casa João Lúcio/Ecoteca, in Olhão, will host a Practical Workshop for the Recovery of Wild Animals. This is the 15th edition, after 14 highly attended editions, once again organized by the Aldeia association.
The objective of this workshop, which Casa João Lúcio hosts, is to continue to dynamize initiatives that contribute to meeting the demands of the work being developed in the recovery centers, which has been increasingly disseminated and which is beginning to be considered as an important tool at the service of the conservation of Portuguese wild fauna.
The growing interest in the recovery of wild animals in Portugal has been evident in recent times. Hence the need for training that has been expressed by technicians, employees and volunteers who work or intend to work in wildlife recovery in Portugal, which has materialized in a large number of events related to this topic that have been organized in the our country by various entities.
