The band Paulo Luz Trio will be at Cantaloupe Café, in Olhão, next Sunday at 18 pm, to present the show «From Here». The bassist who gives the band its name will be accompanied by Francisco Sales on guitars and Timofey Chernov on drums.
«Paulo Luz is a young bass player who, after a period of academic training and extensive experience on stage, decides to bring together all his musical influences by creating his own solo project, giving rise to a set of original compositions making a very eclectic sound journey and in no way prejudiced dubbed “From Here”», revealed Cantaloupe Café, in a press release.
The basis of this musical project is «the improvisation» and the band «explores a universal language, even passing through antagonistic terrains such as pop/rock and funk that so much influence today the well-known jazz born in New Orleans».
