Mostra-te Olhão is, for the second consecutive year, the challenge launched by the Municipality to the municipality's youth-oriented entities, in the month that celebrates the anniversary of the Youth House of Olhão, the municipal space created with young people from Olhão in mind . Between the 1st and 31st of May, the difficult thing will be to choose between the various activities proposed.
In 2012, more than 40 entities participated in this initiative and the result was a program of continuous activities, in which, for 31 days, Olhão did not stop, showing the dynamics of our youth and the educational and occupational options that the municipality has to offer. This year, 100 entities were invited to participate in a month dedicated to showing what is done in the county in the various aspects related to youth.
Music, Theatre, Culture, Knowledge are just some of the areas on which the program of activities will focus, designed with young people in mind but also of interest to the general public.
For this reason, the Municipality and the entities involved invite all citizens of Olho to participate in this youth party that starts on the 1st and continues until May 31st.
4th Training Fair
Mostra-te became part of the Training and Occupational Fair of the Municipality of Olhão, which is now in its 4th edition and takes place from May 16th to 19th, at Jardim Pescador Olhanense. As in previous years, this is a meeting point for all entities that for 4 days publicize their action, through presentations, exhibitions and demonstrations, among other activities.
9th Anniversary of the Youth House
In 2004, the Municipality of Olhão had the vision of creating a space exclusively dedicated to youth, recognizing the decisive importance of this stage of development in the formation of conscientious, critical, participative and entrepreneurial citizens.
Nine years later, knowing how to update and adapt to new challenges, Casa da Juventude has been growing in terms of dynamics and implementation in the youth community, being a unique example of a municipal space at the service of youth.
DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION

The 2nd edition of the Anthology of New Authors brings together a selection of texts by 14 new authors who responded to the challenge of the Municipality. A bet on autochthonous creation that proves the creativity of the people of Olho.
III OLHÃO READING CHAMPIONSHIP

The Municipality of Olhão promotes another edition of the Reading Championship. This initiative, which stems from an articulation between municipal spaces – Auditorium, Library and Youth House – and the partnership with the municipality's School Libraries Network, aims to promote reading and value good readers.
