A wolf that is even nice and a capuchin with a bad temper are the protagonists of the play «Capuchin Incarnate – Not All Wolves are Bad» which will take the stage of the Auditorium in Olhão next Saturday at 16 pm.

This children's theater play “inverts the story that everyone knows” about the girl who covers herself with a red hood and the big bad wolf who tricks her and tries to devour her, after having eaten her grandmother. “What if the Capuchin is rude and grumpy or fond of good music and likes to dance among the trees? This is what we will discover in the show», illustrated the Câmara de Olhão, in a press release.

This is a play by the theater company Byfurcção aimed at children over 6 years old and featuring actors Fábio Ventura, Paulo Cintrão and Ricardo Soares. "This is a 2007 creation, dedicated to childhood and youth, inspired by the story of Little Red Riding Hood," he said.

«In this play, a little boy will play Capuchin in his school's theater, and his grandfather has 3 tickets to see the show. On the way to the forest, he asks for help from an animal that lives there, which just happens to be the wolf. Will the wolf help him?”, described the municipality.

Synopsis:

In the forest, the wolf is the boss. The forest is your domain. "There is no leaf that falls, that he does not see, there is no squirrel that sneezes, that he does not hear, there is no flower that polarizes, that he does not smell, there is no strawberry that... that... he does not taste, there is no season or a stopover , that he does not feel(r)a… What matters is that one day the Capuchin enters there and from that moment on, the quiet life of the wolf is transformed and upset. The capuchin enters the forest, the wolf enters his grandmother's house, the grandmother enters the bingo with three undrawn tickets, Antunes must be arriving and the voice-over rebels against the neighbor on the ground floor. That's the quiet life of the wolf.
