“Mais Gosto – Consultoria em Restauração” is the latest project by CNERGY – Soluções Criativas, a company led by Deize Serrano, which was presented on Friday, Women's Day, during the meeting that the Algarve Women's Business Network (AWBN) promoted at Vila Vita Parc in Porches.

O Chef Augusto Lima, who is the gastronomic consultant of this new service, innovative in the Algarve, pointed out that «Restoration is a truly exciting business, but with high risk, both for its competitiveness and for the uncertainties inherent to the current times. Only strong management, unlimited passion and a proactive attitude can dictate success».

Helping new or existing restaurants and bars to improve their service in all respects is the main purpose of "More Like", presented by Deize Serrano as «an innovative consultancy concept that aims to provide restaurants and bars with tools that enable them to stimulate and revitalize their activity».

«We work together with its customers in order to develop solutions that have the following attributes: effectiveness, efficiency and innovation. Each project is monitored in a personalized way so that the solutions outlined, at a strategic, operational or structural level, are always suitable for each organization», explained Deize Serrano.

For this, the “Mais Gosto” service can deepen issues that include gastronomic and restaurant consultancy, the design and organization of Training Plans for employees, by Menu Engineering, that is, the preparation of menus according to Menu Engineering, by surgical diagnoses (self-monitoring/work methodologies), or nutritional analysis, among other aspects more directly linked to the restaurant business.

But because the goal is to offer a complete service, “more like” also provides consultancy in the areas of strategic marketing, Design, Branding and Communication projects (logos, menus, website, social networks), layout design for kitchens and dining rooms in 3D models or even integrated remodeling, decoration and furniture projects .
