The Portuguese Under-16 football team won yesterday the UEFA Development Tournament of under-16 teams, played at the Vila Real de Santo António Sports Complex, by beating the Netherlands 2-1, thus ending the competition with only wins.

After beating Scotland (3-1) and Austria (2-1), the team led by Filipe Ramos left the competition 100 percent victorious.

The Netherlands still took the lead in the 54th minute, thanks to Ezra Walian's goal, but 10 minutes later Alexandre Silva made it equal.

On 73 minutes, Pedro Delgado gave Portugal the advantage that lasted until the end of the match played in VRSA and included in UEFA's development tournaments.
