The Slow Food movement in Portugal and this philosophy that seeks to value local products and cuisine will be highlighted today, Friday, at 19 pm, at Mythos, in Loulé, in the first of three sessions of the «Conversas com Chá» initiative. scheduled for January and February.

Otília Eusébio, from “Slow Food Algarve” movement is the guest of today's session, where «blindly», participants will be able to «re-educate the taste and enhance the pleasure of good eating», through the tasting of local products, including those of the basket PROVE, according to the In Loco association, which co-organizes the event.

In addition to In Loco, there will be sessions on Mythos or IInstitute of Solidarity and University Cooperation (ISU) and Recreational and Cultural Association of Faro (ARK).

On February 1st, the ISU will host a session on “Responsible Consumption”, while ARCA will bring to the creative center for the development of well-being Mythos a session on “Fair Trade”.
