The coach of the Olhanense team Sérgio Conceição decided to stay at the club, after a meeting that took place this afternoon at Estádio José Arcanjo.
At the meeting, the two sides will have reached an understanding after the technician's outburst at the press conference after the game that pitted the Olhão team against Benfica, last Wednesday, according to a source at the Olhão club.
At the time, Sérgio Conceição said he was “dismayed” and complained of lack of support from the club's board. He also said that he would no longer work with the same taste “as in the past and the beginning of this season”.
At Friday's meeting, the issues that bothered the coach will have been dealt with and everything will remain the same, in terms of structure, when he returns to work after the Christmas holidays, scheduled for next Wednesday.
