Those who are considering opening a business in Baixa de Faro have an opportunity to obtain privileged conditions for their start-up. The association "Faro 1540” is organizing the “Estamos na Baixa!” initiative, which provides for the concession of five commercial spaces “with gradual lease conditions and at exceptional prices for nine months”.
This is an initiative that counts on the collaboration of the Municipality of Faro and the Historic Zone Business Development Association of Faro.
The goal is to “find solutions for vacant commercial spaces in downtown Faro and facilitate the opening of new stores».
"The selection of projects will be carried out through a competition, and registration is free and is intended for all nationals or foreigners," revealed the association.
