The last lecture of the Cycle “Radio, Entertainment and Communication”, included in the celebrations of the 10th anniversary of RUA FM, is given by Fernando Alvim, from Antena3.
Fernando Alvim comes to Faro present the lecture “Radio and Entertainment” and a workshop on “Animation in Radio”. The workshop “Animação em Rádio” takes place on Wednesday, at 10:30 am, in Amphitheater 1.3 of the Penha Campus Penha, University of Algarve, in Faro, while the lecture “Radio and Entertainment” is scheduled for 14:30 pm, at Amphitheater 1.5, in the same place.
Applications for the workshop must be sent by 18:30 pm on Tuesday, to the e-mail address of RUA [email protected] and are limited to 20 participants.
Fernando Alvim is a Portuguese broadcaster, comedian and TV presenter. He soon started his activity as a communicator. He became a professional announcer at the age of 17 at Rádio Press, from where he will move to Nova Era.
In 1998, he was invited to Rádio Comercial and currently works at Antena 3, where he presents the Oral Proof. On television, he made his debut in the presentation of Top-Rock (1998), from where he left to co-present with Rui Unas and Rita Mendes the Curto-Circuito (1999), where he stayed until 2002, returning for a short period in 2006.
At the same time, he collaborated on projects such as Cine-XL (2001), alongside Nuno Markl, which was followed by O Perfeito Anormal (2002), O Homem da Convisão (2003) and Boa Noite Alvim (2007).
He has published four books, created Revista 365 and launched the Festival Termómetro Unplugged, the Festival da Canção Alternativo, and the online television Speaky.TV.
