Those who choose to shop in traditional stores in downtown Faro this Christmas they will be entitled to free parking if they make more than 20 euros in purchases. The offer is valid for those who park at Parque da Pontinha.
The offers of free parking periods are the result of a joint initiative of the Municipality of Faro and ACRAL, with the CPE company that operates the Pontinha car park.
«Apart from the other activities scheduled until January 6th aimed at captivating customers for the local commerce stores, from the exhibition of school works alluding to Christmas, to street shows and entertainment in the historic centre, the municipality of Faro is also committed to this via the attraction of visitors and residents who usually travel by car for their Christmas shopping», summarized the Chamber of Faro, in a Press Release.
