Portimonense won again this Sunday, this time at home against Desportivo das Aves. A goal by Márcio Madeira in the 24th minute guaranteed the three points to the Portimão team and placed them in the top half of the league table, in ninth position, with 19 points in 13 games.
Portimonense still had to suffer, especially with the final harassment of the northern team, but managed to hold the advantage. The Algarve team returns to play for the II Liga on 25 November, the day it travels to Figueira da Foz to face Naval 1º de Maio.
