It was also noted that the distribution was fairly constant throughout the six weeks of the Route, which proves the adhesion of the “nibblers” during the entire period of the initiative, and the enthusiasm in discovering the flavors of the 41 participating establishments.

The snack proved to be the chosen modality, with a consumption of 30.658 menus versus 4.879 in the regional sweet version, while the blue zone, in terms of affluence, was the most sought after, contributing about a third of the total number of snacks sold.

With regard to the direct economic impact of Rota do Petisco, and making a calculation based on the number of menu sales of the route at participating establishments, a value of 86.430 euros was handled.
According to the organization, under the responsibility of the Teia d'Impulsos Association, this is a value "clearly lower than the total economic impact of the route, if other accessory consumptions made by the participants and the advertising and publicity gains that the participating establishments obtained with participation in the initiative'.
