The Chamber of Loulé revealed this Wednesday that the Administrative and Fiscal Court of Loulé decided not to provisionally decree the injunction required by ADSA – Associação de Discotecas do Sul e Algarve concerning the nightclub Seven, in Vilamoura, «for not verifying its assumptions , as this is not a situation of particular urgency'.

According to a statement from the municipality, "the request for provisional decree of the injunction requested by ADSA was not decreed by the Administrative and Fiscal Court of Loulé, within the scope of the 1st Judicial Decision issued regarding Seven", a night entertainment space linked to the international Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo who has been working for about two weeks at the Tivoli Marinotel.

This first decision only means that Seven will continue to operate until there is a final decision on the injunction request, contrary to what the plaintiffs intended. The Chamber of Loulé thus stated that the news that was made public last week "in the sense that the closure of SEVEN had been determined, that its licensing had been declared illegal and that the Municipality of Loulé or its President had declared that they would not comply with any judicial decision", are false.

«It is therefore reiterated that since 2009, the year in which ADSA began the filing of the first injunction, until the present year of 2012, this Association has never obtained in Court, or in any other judicial or administrative instance, a decision or sentence passed in judged, to recognize any of its claims or the requests deducted», added the municipality.
