The second workshop of the cycle dedicated to business internationalization will take place on June 19, from 14:30 pm, at CCDR Algarve, in Faro, with the participation of Globalfire, manufacturer of automatic fire detection equipment, with customers in 70 countries and regular participation in international events.

The objective of the session integrated in the initiatives of the Month of Europe 2012, is to debate how to make the most of the international promotion of companies through participation in fairs and trade missions, events that allow the presentation of new products and services, discover new markets and meet with potential partners in bilateral meetings.

Through PO Algarve 21 _ QREN, multiple business investments are being supported in this type of marketing actions, which should be boosted for future success in international markets.

Practical lessons will be transmitted at the workshop by organizations and companies with experience in the subject, such as AICEP Portugal Global, which monitors the internationalization processes of national companies and has published reference guides on the process of exporting and participating in fairs, the Associação Industrial from the District of Aveiro, with extensive experience in organizing business missions to the PALOP, North Africa and Latin America, and also from the company GlobalFire, headquartered in Faro.

In the session held on June 4th, António Paraíso, consultant, trainer and former manager of foreign markets, provided assistance with training on ideas and suggestions on “how to organize yourself to work abroad”, outlining the bases for preparation of any business internationalization plan.

This initiative of the CCDR Algarve's Enterprise Europe Network is the culmination of a series of events promoted in partnership by PO Algarve 21, integrated in the Europe Month schedule that started on May 9, Europe Day.
