Francisco Martins was once again elected president of the PS/Lagoa after beating Susana Ferreira in the elections for the Political Commission of this socialist council this Saturday, in a short-term victory.
The outcome turned out to be the same as the mid-term elections that took place last December, in PS/Lagoa, between the same stakeholders, but in this scrutiny the difference was much smaller than six months ago
Francisco Martins got 55 votes, one more than in December, while Susana Ferreira's B list managed to increase from 42 to 49 votes in today's election.
Francisco Martins is the president of the Parish Council of Lagoa and one of the figures that is profiled to be a candidate for the Council of Lagoa by PS.
