The health working group will carry out four awareness-raising sessions under the theme “Healthy food at low cost”, in various locations in the municipality of Vila do Bispo, within the scope of the Social Network's Action Plan for 2012.
The sessions, open to the entire population, will be accompanied by a Health Technician and a Social Service Technician from the Vila do Bispo Health Center. They will have a maximum duration of 30 minutes, with the exposition of the theme and clarifications, being provided “tips” information on how to cook food more economically.
Thus, the 1st session to be held will be held on May 15th (Tuesday), at 10:00 am, at the Parish Council of Sagres. This is followed by the Vila do Bispo Health Center, which will host the 2nd session on May 19, at 10:00 am. A session is scheduled for September 11, at 10:00 am, at the Budens Instruction and Recreation Society and for September 25, at 10:00 am, at the Barão de São Miguel Recreational Society.
Thus, that working group intends to decentralize activities making them accessible to the entire population.
