The painting exhibition «Olhares e Expressões», composed of works by students from the Professional Course of Child Support Technician (12th W) of the Manuel Teixeira Gomes Secondary School, will be open to the public from May 17th to June 6th , at the Casa Manuel Teixeira Gomes, in Portimão.
The paintings are inspired by phrases taken from various works by Manuel Teixeira Gomes.
This is an activity carried out within the scope of the Flight project, in partnership with the discipline of Plastic Expression, which aims to articulate the different artistic forms, namely literature, photography and/or the plastic arts, sensitize students to literature and the arts in general as privileged forms of communication, stimulating imagination and creativity and also fostering the relationship between the School and the surrounding community.
The Flight project has Luísa Vicente as coordinator teacher and Rosalinda Silva as Plastic Expression teacher.
