The Motorcycle Club of Faro will inaugurate its new headquarters tomorrow, Thursday, a building that the association from Faro intends to become a reference in the Algarve capital and motorcycling in Portugal. Tomorrow, the reception is dedicated to official entities and club members, but an inauguration party for guest motorcycle clubs and motorcyclists is already scheduled for Saturday. From Sunday, the headquarters is open to the general public.

On June 2, motorcyclists are expected to come from far away, as the Motoclube de Faro have friends all over the world. For this, an overnight area with mattresses was created, in addition to the reception rooms that the headquarters already includes, so that those who come from outside the region can celebrate without worrying about the return journey.

The president of the Motoclube de Faro José Amaro and the architect who designed the headquarters of the Miguel Caetano association are today's guests of «Impressões», a radio program organized jointly by the Sul Informação and by Rádio Universitária do Algarve RUA FM. The interview can be heard between 19pm and 20pm, on 102.7 FM or on the RUA website.

The long road to achieving this "long aspiration" of Motoclube, the process of creating the building, the participation of members throughout the process and the services that the new headquarters provides to members of Motoclube de Faro, but also to the city, are some of the themes highlighted in the interview.

The 31st International Motorbike Concentration is also a topic of conversation, with the anticipation of some of the names that will be present. A year after celebrating his 30th birthday, in what was «a great concentration», José Amaro admits that he does not expect so many people in 2012 and takes the opportunity to criticize the collection of tolls on Via do Infante. Hear it all at 19pm on 102.7 FM or on the website RUA.
