Argentine Jorge Montenegro (Louletano-Dunas Douradas) was the fastest in the 65 kilometers of the circuit around Castelo da Feira, ending the race in 1h30m45s, in what was the second and last day of the Volta à Terras de Santa Maria – Fernando Trophy Mendes.

José Mendes was second, with the same time. The cuts that occurred in the climb to the target were enough to process the classification reversal.

In the morning, the second stage of the competition was run, a collective time trial of 16,8 kilometers, in the vicinity of Europarque, in which Carmim-Prio-Tavira prevailed, with 18m57s, leaving LA-Antarte, in the immediate post , to a second. The morning triumph of the Tavirenses allowed Samuel Caldeira to leave for the afternoon stage with his yellow shirt on.

José Mendes finished in first place overall, four seconds behind teammate Edgar Pinto. Samuel Caldeira (Carmim-Prio-Tavira) was third, at 11 seconds.
