The Local Command of the Maritime Police of Lagos, during an inspection operation that took place this morning, seized about 4000 kilos of immature fish, with a size smaller than the permitted size.
The fish (mackerel) was seized in a refrigerated truck and was ready to be sold outside the auction.
A deputy chief, two agents and a Maritime Police vehicle were involved in this action.
