Half a hundred users have already registered on the website of the Participatory Budget of Portimão and 19 ideas for the city have already been presented, three weeks after the Chamber started the proposal presentation phase, announced the autarchy.
Next Friday, March 30th, the first of four participatory assemblies will begin, scheduled for the Parish Council building in Portimão and where, from 18pm onwards, citizens can present their ideas in person.
To participate in participatory assemblies, interested parties must register in their parish councils or in the assembly itself, before the start of the work, with the possibility of doing so through the website of the process, in http://participa.cm-portimao.pt/
This is a unique opportunity for people to share what they would like to see carried out, what their ideas, projects or ambitions are to achieve in their land of affection.
The dates for the next participatory assemblies are as follows: Alvor – April 13th – 18:30 pm – Alvor Community Center; Mexilhoeira Grande – April 16th – 18:30 – Mexilhoeirense Instruction and Recreation Club; Portimão – 25th of April – 18:30 – Main Hall of Portimão City Hall.
