The national downhill champion (DHI) Francisco Pardal (Pombal Jovem/More Bike Park) won the second stage of the Vodafone Portugal Cup this Sunday, in Lousã, taking command of the individual overall, with 500 points, the same as the previous leader , Cláudio Loureiro (Team Transition/Sram).

Francisco Pardal showed total superiority, being the fastest in the qualifying round, a premonition that he would not give a chance in the final downhill race. The third was the Spaniard Antonio Ferreiro (Lazalia Bike Club).

The second place in Lousã was Áurea Agostinho and the third was Ana Martins (Team Scott Portugal/Amigos do Pilar).
