The Clube Desportivo Areias de São João will hold, next Sunday, February 12th at 10:00 am, its 10th Corta Mato, part of the Regional Long Cross Championship.
This competition covers the levels of Benjamins, Infants, Beginners, Youths, Juniors, Seniors and Veterans Female and Male.
It will be an opportunity to see athletes from Algarve teams up close, as well as international athletes who will exhibit their performances in the same place where the 35th International Cross of Amendoeiras em Flor will take place, on February 26th.
On February 15th, the historic track at Cross das Açoteias will be the stage for around 2000 students from all over the Algarve to compete in the Corta Mato Final of Escolar Sport.
This initiative has the support of the municipality, which, once again, is associated with and promotes sports in the municipality.
