The exhibition “To read is to be in fashion”, inspired by the article “Born to Read” by the Algarve writer Lídia Jorge, is on display at the Municipal Library of Silves.
Inaugurated on October 15th, this exhibition had a reading promotion activity in the form of a mini fashion show, where several Library readers became models and paraded.
“To read is to be in fashion” will be on display until the 3rd of November, with the display of countless t-shirts with literary messages, during the normal opening hours of the Silves Library (Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 am -19:30 and on Mondays and Saturdays: 14:30-19:30).
