A 36-year-old man, suspected of being the author of several robberies and thefts in restaurants and commercial establishments, during the night, in Faro, was in preventive detention, announced this Wednesday, May 18, the Public Security Police (PSP).
The man was arrested on the 3rd of May, «moments after he had just carried out a robbery, on the public road, to a foreign citizen», says the PSP.
At the time, the suspect still had in his possession the victim's belongings, previously stolen, which were recovered and returned.
