The Silves Regional Cocktails Contest will take place on the 19th of February, at 14:00 pm, and is part of the 6th Mostra Capital da Laranja.
The eight first classified, determined in each of the aspects, will participate in the National Cocktails Contest (to be held in April in the Algarve), a competition where the national champion who will participate in the World Championship will be determined.
This festival will bring together professionals from the Algarve who, throughout the afternoon, will present their competitions in two aspects: classic/after dinner e Flair/Flairbartending, being evaluated the best technique, the best decoration, the best flair and the best cocktail flair.
The 6th Mostra Silves Capital da Laranja will officially open on the 18th, at 10:30 am, and will feature several dozen exhibitors linked to citrus, wine, agriculture, regional products, sweets, crafts and gastronomy, as well as some associations and local and regional entities.
The usual Laranja XXI Conference, the lover's march, musical shows and varied entertainment will be held.
