The Municipality of Silves, as in previous years, marked this Christmas season with the delivery of souvenirs to all students in Pre-School and 1st Cycle of Public and Private Basic Education.
A total of 2.440 souvenirs were given, in an initiative that aimed to «bring the magic and joy of Christmas to the little ones», says the Silves municipality.
It is an initiative that "awakens enthusiasm and joy among children, who despite the limitations showed their happiness for the moment."
The municipality of Silves concludes by thanking the Groupings of Schools and Private Social Solidarity Institutions “for their collaboration in delivering these souvenirs”.
