Flu vaccination kicks off next Monday

The General Directorate of Health (DGS) says, in a statement released today, that this year the flu vaccination starts earlier due to the pandemic situation.

The first phase of the free flu vaccination starts next Monday, September 27, and covers people in "certain contexts" such as homes, long-term care network, professionals from the National Health Service and pregnant women.

The Directorate-General for Health (DGS) refers, in a statement released today, that this year the vaccination against influenza starts earlier due to the pandemic situation.

According to the health authority, the first phase of free vaccination is aimed at people in certain contexts, including residents, users and professionals of social response establishments, patients and professionals from the integrated continuous care network and professionals from the National Health Service and also pregnant women.
