An information session on the new “Urbanistic Simplex” will take place next Friday, April 19th, starting at 14:30 pm, in the auditorium of the Municipal Library of Castro Marim.
The initiative is promoted by Antas da Cunha Ecija and the City Council.
«This new Government program aims to simplify some of the formalities related to the purchase and sale of properties, with the aim of facilitating access to housing, an area that has had several problems and difficulties across the country», says Castro Chamber Marim.
This initiative will feature the opening of work by the vice-president of the Castro Municipal Council Marim Filomena Sintra, and interventions by the partner of the Department of Real Estate Law and Urban Planning at Antas da Cunha ECIJA Henrique Moser, the senior associate of the Department of Law Real Estate and Urban Planning at Antas da Cunha ECIJA Ana Cristina Borges and another associate from the same department Bárbara do Amaral Correia.
There will also be a round table with the participation of Filomena Sintra, the president of the Algarve Regional Section of the Order of Architects Ricardo Latoeiro, the representative of the Order of Engineers António Morta, and, representing the mayors and lawyers, Joel Cruz.
This round table will expose the expectations of the various sectors regarding the main changes resulting from these new measures, the majority of which came into force on March 4th.
