The show “And if we did everything again”, by the Lavrar o Mar cooperative, will be presented in Aljezur, as part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April.
Following a challenge from the local authority, the company called on locals to participate in the show about democracy and its importance.
According to the Municipality, the local population - Aljezur Volunteer Firefighters Band, artists from the municipality, users of the Home, school community, and the population in general - joined in force and a show was created, lasting 24 hours, divided into three moments: “Revolutionary Dinner”, “Revolutionary Words and Thoughts” and “Revolutionary Party” (“Revolutionary Popular Assembly” and “Revolutionary Dances and Music”).
«This will, without a doubt, be an unforgettable opportunity to think about how societies need to come together again around collective life, a life of sincere sharing and care for the land, ideals always defended by our municipality», says the municipality.
