A head-on collision between two light vehicles on the morning of Monday, April 15, on the EN125, in Almancil, left two injured and forced the road to be closed.
Source from the Regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command revealed to the Sul Informação that a 25-year-old woman was seriously injured and another, 36, suffered minor injuries. Both were transported to the Hospital de Faro.
The alert for the accident was given at 9:41 am and the road was closed until 11:30 am.
There were 24 operatives on site, supported by 10 vehicles.
