The “Scientist Returns to School” program will, on April 18th, host workshops at the Basic Schools of Bordeira and Santa Bárbara de Nexe.
The initiatives have the support of the “la Caixa” Foundation and take place from 9:00 am to 10:30 am (EB Bordeira) and from 13:30 pm to 15:00 pm (EB Santa Bárbara de Nexe).
The program takes scientists back to their old primary schools to develop science workshops with children. In this case, she will be a Biology scientist from the University of Algarve returning to her old primary school.
