The Municipal Assembly (AM) of Portimão will discuss and vote on the individual accountability documents, relating to the financial year 2023, on April 29th, at 21 pm.
This year's 2nd Ordinary Session of this Municipal Assembly will take place in the Salão Nobre dos Paços do Município and will also have on the agenda the assessment of the inventory of assets recorded in accounting in 2023; discussion and voting on the proposed amendment to the regulation for the allocation of housing under a controlled cost sale regime and under a sale regime in resoluble property of the Municipality of Portimão and discussion and voting on the Program Contract to be signed between the Municipality and the Municipal Company of Water and Waste of Portimão, with a decision on road administrative offense proceedings for minor infractions relating to parking.
This AM will also discuss and vote on the composition of the recruitment jury for the position of head of the Division of Ports and Bathing Areas and four voting citizens will be designated, preferably with special knowledge or skills to intervene in the area of children and young people in danger, in the Commission Expanded CPCJ.
