Mortágua: «We will be part of any solution that removes the right from the Government»

Mariana Mortágua considered that the “situation is still not entirely clear”

BE coordinator Mariana Mortágua assured this evening that the party will be part of a «solution that moves the right away from the Government», considering that the «undeniable turn to the right» is the result of the «disastrous policy» of the absolute majority of the PS.

In a reaction from the BE headquarters for this election night, Forum Lisbon, Mariana Mortágua considered that the "situation is still not entirely clear" in terms of mandates, but said that despite "this turn to the right" in Sunday's elections, the party “remained firm” and had “around 30 thousand votes” more, continuing with the same five deputies.

“We will do exactly what we said we were going to do. We will be part of any solution that removes the right from the Government", she assured.
