Miguel Oliveira is 9th, Jorge Martín wins MotoGP Portuguese Grand Prix

The last laps were emotional with the crashes of Viñales, Bagnaia and Marc Marquez

Portuguese rider Miguel Oliveira (Aprilia) came in 9th place in the MotoGP Portuguese Grand Prix held this Sunday, March 24, at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, in Portimão. The race was won by Spaniard Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac). 

The driver dominated the entire race, never leaving first position.

In 2nd place was Enea Bastianini (Ducati Lenovo Team), followed by Pedro Acosta (KTM).

The last laps were exciting with the crashes of Viñales, Bagnaia and Marc Marquez, allowing Bastianini and Acosta to reach the podiums.

As for Miguel Oliviera, who started from 15th position, he even managed to move up places. The driver reached 9th place, but in the final phase, he dropped to 12th.

The Portuguese ended up benefiting from the falls to finish in 9th place.

With these results, Martin became the championship leader, with 60 points, 20 more than second, South African Brad Binder.
