Portimão City Council is investing 174 thousand euros in the repair and improvement of municipal roads and paths in the parish of Alvor, in a project that has an execution period of 120 days.
The roads benefiting from these works are the following: Caminho das Biscainhas, Caminho dos Valinhos, Urbanização Vela Latina, Rua Vasco da Gama/Rua Pedro Álvares Cabral, Rua Dr. António José de Almeida, Rua da Praia da Restinga, Rua do Parque de Parking from Pestana Alvor, Rua do Impasse to Rua Manuel Soares de Campos, Rua de Tânger and Rua Maria Teresa JD Dionísio.
The municipality warns that all these interventions, «duly signposted on site, imply some constraints on car circulation, which is why motorists are requested to have better understanding, who should opt for alternative routes whenever possible».
