Saúl Rosa, member of the Political Committee of PAN/Algarve, is the head of this party's list, for the constituency of Faro, in the Legislatures of March 10th.
The choice was made public after a session last Saturday, January 20th, in a hotel in Lisbon.
Saúl Rosa is from Vila Real de Santo António and is a member of the PAN Algarve Political Committee.
An environmental activist, he also makes the fight against corruption a priority, a scourge that affects his municipality with great importance.
He started working very early, at the age of 15, having acquired skills and experience in hospitality and commercial management.
Today he is an orchestral instrumentalist and obtained his degree at the Lisbon Metropolitan Orchestra university, where he was part of the metropolitan academic orchestra and the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, an orchestra with international projection.
He studied in Munich with one of the best trumpet players in the world, Martin Angerer, from the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, an instrument of his specialty.
With the pandemic, for health reasons, he interrupted his studies and the entrance exams for orchestras that he was taking. He practices martial arts and was twice national champion in jiu-jitsu competitions.
In addition to being head of the list at the City Council, he was also head of the list at the Parish Council of Vila Real de Santo António.
