The Order of Engineers – Southern Region has just launched the Training Grant, an initiative designed to support and promote the updating of skills and professional development of its effective members.
The Training Grant is a unique opportunity for engineers in Portugal, offering an annual budget worth 25.000 euros dedicated to financing certified training, both nationally and abroad.
«These training courses are carefully selected and considered complementary to basic engineering training, with priority being given to training with the seal of the OE+AcCEdE® system, awarded by the Order of Engineers, aiming to deepen and enrich the professional practice of engineers», explains the Order .
«This Training Grant represents a valuable opportunity for our members to complement their basic training throughout their professional career. It is a significant investment in their qualification, reaffirming the Southern Region's ongoing commitment to strengthening and developing the fundamental skills of engineers, who play a crucial role in our society", said the president of the Order of Engineers of the Southern Region, António Carias de Sousa .
