The Support Program for the Recovery of Interior Gardens and Patios (PARJPI) of the building located in the Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU) of Silves and the Support Program for the Improvement of Habitability Conditions (PAHAB) in the ARU of Silves, São Bartolomeu de Messines , Alcantarilha, Algoz and São Marcos da Serra are open and run until March 31st.

In a note, the Municipality of Silves recalls that «contributing to the appreciation, promotion and knowledge of the natural and scenic heritage of the city of Silves, specifically the private green spaces located in the ARU of Silves, are the main objectives of the PARJPI».
In this programme, the contribution of the Municipality of Silves is fixed at 20% of the value of the works carried out, with a maximum limit, per intervention, of the amount of 500 euros.
PAHAB thus intends, according to the Municipality, to contribute to the improvement of habitability conditions in the ARU of Silves, SB Messines, Alcantarilha, Algoz and São Marcos da Serra, and, thus, reinforce the attractiveness of these rehabilitation areas for housing purposes, contributing to increasing the supply of housing in the central areas of the agglomerations, revitalizing and dynamizing them.
The contribution from the Municipality of Silves is fixed at 20% of the maximum eligible expense (in this case, the maximum eligible expense varies according to the type of subsidized work defined in the regulations).
