Parliament approves auditions for Global Media, Marco Galinha and Domingos Andrade

About the restructuring of the group, which includes the departure of around 200 workers

Parliament unanimously approved today the hearings of the Board of Directors of Global Media, businessman Marco Galinha and former TSF director Domingos Andrade on the restructuring of the group, which includes the departure of around 200 workers.

The requests to hear the Board of Directors of Global Media, the former president of the Executive Committee of Global Media, Marco Galinha, and the former director of TSF Domingos Andrade were proposed by the Bloco de Esquerda and approved unanimously by the deputies of the Parliamentary Committee of Culture, Communication Youth and Sports before the hearings of representatives of workers from Jornal de Notícias, Diário de Notícias, TSF and O Jogo, which are taking place.

Auditions are expected to take place in the first week of January 2024.
