The Municipality of Lagoa opened the redeveloped Children's Park of the Urbanization of Lagoa to the public yesterday, December 21st. Vale Talegas, in Estômbar.
This work, which involved an investment of 84 thousand euros, consisted of the total replacement of the equipment and the safety floor, opting to install the floor “in situ”, as well as the maintenance of the walls and existing fence. Furthermore, the park was equipped with inclusive equipment.
This requalification comes in addition to that of the Parque Infantil do Bairro da Boa Vontade, in Mexilhoeira da Carregação, the Parque Infantil do Bairro Che Lagoense do Pateiro, in Parchal, the Parque Infantil dos Vales, in the city of Lagoa, as well as the Parque Infantil at Praia Grande, in Ferragudo.
In addition to the renovations, the Municipality of Lagoa had also already replaced the flooring of the Quinta de S. Pedro Children's Park, the Estômbar Kindergarten Children's Park, the Porches EB1 Children's Park, the Parchal EB1 Children's Park and from the EB1 Children's Park in Ferragudo.
