Arrested man who had a cannabis greenhouse in a ruin in Messines

The investigation had been going on for about four months

A 39-year-old man, who had a cannabis greenhouse in a ruined building, in São Bartolomeu de Messines (Silves), was arrested this Wednesday, December 13th. 

This arrest took place as part of an investigation into drug trafficking “which had been going on for around four months”, according to the GNR.

In total, 24 doses of marijuana, 48 dried/harvested cannabis plants, three bottles with hash oil inside, 11 syringes with hash oil, two cell phones and two laptop computers were seized.

The detainee was constituted as a defendant and will be present at the Portimão Judicial Court, for the application of coercive measures.
