In Loco takes the Mediterranean Diet Route to Lisbon's Ribeira Market

The Mediterranean Diet Route, a project promoted by the In Loco association, will be showcased at the “TimeOut Market”, at Mercado da Ribeira, in Lisbon, on December 17th, between 10am and 00pm.

To whet your appetite, the event organizers reveal that lamb shank with quinces will be served, by Chef Rui Palma. The program also includes a performance by “Moçoilas”, «who will bring to Lisbon the memories and sounds of the Algarve and deep Alentejo».

On that day, In Loco intends to provide anyone who visits that space with «a unique moment, where everyone can enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, with a local market, gastronomic demonstrations, music, dance, traditional games and much more».

In addition to a market of unique and genuine Mediterranean products, «everyone will be able to participate in traditional games such as donkey, rooster, hoops and stilts, print t-shirts with Mediterranean motifs, learn arts lost in time such as basket weaving and craftsmanship. , listen to virtuoso accordionists, learn to dance the corridinho and other popular dances and taste genuinely Mediterranean flavors", reinforces the association

This event is organized by Associação In Loco, promoter of the “+Algarve” project and co-financed by the CRESC Algarve 2020 Program.
