A 29-year-old man was arrested on November 20th, in flagrante delicto, for drug trafficking, in the municipality of Loulé, announced the Territorial Command of Faro of the GNR.
Following a complaint about drug trafficking, the Loulé Criminal Investigation Unit (NIC) managed to locate the suspect's vehicle, which ended up being intercepted. It was then discovered that the suspect hid more than 5 doses of heroin in the engine compartment.
Through a search of the suspect's residence, it was possible to seize, in total, 5 doses of heroin, a laptop, two cell phones, a precision scale, as well as several plastic bags for packaging the drug.
The detainee was present at the Judicial Court of Faro, for the application of coercive measures.
