The Municipality of Lagoa, in partnership with the School of Hotel Management and Tourism of Portimão, will organize training in “People Management, on the 7th and 9th of November, from 14:00 pm to 17:00 pm, at the Centro Cultural Convento de S. José.
The training action is free and certified, subject to mandatory registration and available places.
The main recipients are employees of companies in Lagos.
This training action in “People Management” aims to “give participants the necessary tools to identify new challenges in people management, define human capital development strategies, build productive relationships in the organization, motivate people, manage human capital and talent loyalty”, explains the municipality in a note.
The training is essentially aimed at professionals in the hotel, tourism and restaurant sector, however, it is open to any person or professional who wants to value themselves in this aspect.
Those interested in participating in the training must be registered with the Digital Academy.
