Four-way dinner honors the truffle at Vila Vita Parc

Vila Vita Parc, in Porches (Lagoa), will host, on October 29th, a four-hand dinner with chef João Viegas from the Atlântico restaurant and guest chef Vincent Guimerà from L'Antic Molí*, in Tarragona (Spain). 

This will be an «unmissable dining experience that features truffle as its protagonist», says Vila Vita.

This dinner is the highlight of a week entirely dedicated to truffle, taking place at the Atlântico restaurant, from October 28th to November 1st, with a menu prepared by chef João Viegas and his team.

A pioneer of the Slow Food and Km0 movements, L' Antic Molí by Vicent Guimerà has held a Michelin Star since 2017 and a Green Michelin Star since 2020.

The four-hand dinner will start at 19pm and the tasting menu consisting of six moments costs 00 euros, per person, with the option of wine pairing for 170 euros, per person.
